 Below Is A Description Of The Regular Workouts Every Saturday At 10am 

Get fit and mingle with your friends and other PetWorth residents for a exhilarating total body workout. The workout is free and will be broken up into two, 30 minute sessions of both moderate and high intensity circuits for a combined time of 60 minutes. The first session incorporates functional movements and body weight exercises, followed with performance and team-oriented circuits , making it all the more fun and interesting. Our knowledgeable instructors will keep you motivated and on track! All fitness levels are welcome!
