Total Family Health & Fun
Get fit and mingle with friends, mothers, and fathers during an awesome total body workout. The Know Your Fitness' Total Family Workout will last 1 hour, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Children Ages 0 - 3 & 4 - 8 are welcome to participate in the family workout portion at 9:00 AM. We will be organized according to abilities and kids' ages; Workout stations will integrate Trivia, Fun Fit Facts with exercise for a fun fit family workout.
The adults-only workout will promptly begin at 10 AM. The workout is free and will be broken up into two, 30 minute sessions organized in low to moderate and high intensity circuits for a combined time of 60 minutes. The first session incorporates functional movements and body weight exercise followed with performance and team oriented circuits. All fitness levels are welcome.
